Our Company

The company has been in operation for over 30 years on the Sunshine Coast.   Shane and Renee Underhill purchased the business in 2001 from Fred and Robyn Loveday.   Oyster Service was operated from the Loveday's property in Diddilibah.   It was here that Shane started his journey into the seafood industry. Shane started to shuck these delicacies at the age of 13 and his mother drove Fred's delivery vehicle for 15 years. Furthermore, Alison   is one of the girls you see on the road today. In Fred's final days he asked Shane and Renee to take over his small home based business. Not long after taking over the business, it was moved to Kawana Waters and business went ballistic. Since the end of May 2011, Jay Reynolds purchased the business from Shane and Renee. Besides that not much else has changed, still the same familiar faces otherwise.
